ADRO serta anak perusahaannya bergerak dalam bidang pertambangan batubara, perdagangan batubara, jasa kontraktor penambangan, infrastruktur, logistik batubara serta aktivitas pembangkit tenaga listrik. Industri mulai beroperasi secara komersial pada bulan Juli 2005. PT Adaro Energy Tbk ialah suatu kelompok industri tenaga Indonesia yang berfokus pada pertambangan batubara posisi pertambangan industri PT Adaro Energy Tbk di Kabupaten Tabalong di Kalimantan Selatan, di mana anak industri PT Adaro Indonesia terletak, PT Adaro Energy didirikan selaku perseroan terbatas PT Padang Karunia pada tahun 2004.

Pada bulan April 2008 namanya diganti jadi PT Adaro Energy Tbk dalam persiapan buat jadi industri publik dengan IPO yang sukses pada bulan Juli tahun itu. PT Adaro Energy merupakan kelompok yang terintegrasi secara vertikal, tidak hanya anak industri penambangan, PT Adaro Indonesia pula mempunyai bidang usaha pertambangan serta pembangkit listrik. PT Adaro Energy mencampurkan dengan bermacam kontraktor buat memproduksi serta mengirimkan batubara dengan industri terkemuka efisiensi serta bayaran rendah.

Lowongan Recruitment Officer (contract Based)

Qualification :

Minimum Bachelor Degree of Psychology (min GPA of 2.8)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Familiar with psychological selection tools and have good interviewing skill
1-2 years of working experience as Recruiter would be beneficial
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Fast learner, able to work in fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities
Conduct the recruitment process with the methods/tools that have been determined to ensure the employees who are accepted have the quality and competence in accordance with the needs of the position they occupy.
Ensure the process and quality of the selection results are in accordance with the company’s needs .
Ensure that all administration related to the selection process is available and complete in order to implement compliance with company policies.
Provide opinions, suggestions, and assistance to users related to the results of employee assessments, to assist users in understanding the results of employee assessments in their work units.
